KNOCKOUT PRESENTATIONS:
Powerful Speaking Skills for Business and Professional Women
What would your career or business be like right now — how much money and
success would you have — if a successful author and coach showed you her secrets
for creating and delivering powerful presentations?
To succeed in business today you must be able to present yourself, present
your message and present your value to the marketplace. And that takes
confidence.
Why presentation skills for women?
Because women have different issues. Women have a glass ceiling and in most
cases are competing in a male environment.
Women wait for perfection before taking action, take fewer risks than men,
downplay their accomplishments and don’t take a strong enough stand on their
ideas.
I’ve seen women hold themselves back because they lacked the confidence or
skills to present themselves with conviction, clarity, and confidence.
Communication is the number one leadership skill. You can’t lead or influence if
you don’t present yourself effectively.
It’s time to step into your power and learn to speak with confidence and
authority!
Gifted speakers are born but effective speakers are made. Anyone can be an
effective speaker once you know the skills. I was not always a dynamic
presenter. In my first public speaking class in college, I was so nervous it was
obvious to the entire class. As I finished my first introductory speech, I heard
somebody whisper, “Look! Her shoulders are shaking.” I wanted to dive under the
table. I managed to get a B in the class-not exactly the mark of a gifted
speaker.
I had no idea that today I’d be in front of International audiences as a
professional speaker and author sharing the secrets I learned about confidence
and influence.
Don’t let fear hold you back! You can change your beliefs and your behavior in
one day!
In this one day seminar, Diane DiResta, you’ll learn how to….
• Command a room before you ever open your mouth
• Channel nervousness into dynamic energy

language of confidence

How it works:
The focus is on presenting not lecturing. Unlike other seminars that register
50-100 people, this seminar is limited to10 women. Each participant is
videotaped while presenting and receives group and instructor feedback. Each
presenter works with her own real world content so the training is practical and
immediately usable.

How is
This Training Different?
You’ll Learn by Doing
With only 10 women you’ll be on your feet a number of times. In most seminars
participants give one formal presentation at the end of the day. In Knockout
Presentations you’ll be videotaped a number of times and receive feedback from
the group and the instructor.
It’s All About You
You won’t talk about your summer vacation. You’ll use your own business content
so your presentation is relevant to you. The focus is on skill, not theory. That
means you’ll be able to take what you learn and use it the next day.
There is no Failure, only Feedback.
In a small, supportive group you can relax, drop the mask, and allow your real
self to emerge. The group bond helps you to take risks and stop sabotaging
yourself. You’ll harness the power of the group cheering you on to catapult your
performance and grow in confidence.
We have Proprietary Technology
Diane DiResta is one of the few coaches who has software that allows you to SEE
as well as hear your speech. Whether you speak too fast, use uptalk, or speak
too long, you’ll see your speech pattern on a screen so that you can take
control and correct it.
