The virtual session was hosted by Public Speaking Professor Christopher Fama, who connected with DiResta through LinkedIn.
Professor Fama shared that Valencia College incorporates DiResta’s book, Knockout Presentations, as a course resource for communication and public speaking students. During the interactive Zoom session, DiResta engaged students in a dynamic learning experience featuring live polling, audience participation exercises, and real-time communication coaching. The presentation concluded with an open Q&A session, giving students the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized feedback.
