The event was a live webcast from NYC to Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Fort Hood, Texas.
The mission of Operation Reinvent is to prepare military women for transition to civilian life.
Confidence is King
I just read an article from James Caan, CEO of Hamilton Bradshaw, entitled, Confidence is King. He writes:

In other words, if you want to be really good at anything - no matter what walk of life you are involved in - you need to have belief in yourself and your abilities."I work with leaders to build confidence in all their communications and the biggest hurdle is fear of speaking.
